I can’t believe we’re halfway through October. My husband moved over a shelf that I was wanting to take over, got me a new desk, chair, and took me shopping to pick out a lamp and rug. So guess who no longer has to bujo and blog on the bed? I finally have my own workspace! Once I get my old bookshelf moved over and books organized I will proudly share my new little corner. We have such a big house (we live with my parents) and you have no idea how much I appreciate having a spot that’s just mine. My birthday this last weekend was a blast down in Portland. I ate so much food and did all the things on my list that I wrote out, which is something, except go to Powell’s Bookstore. As I was standing a block away I realized, even though it was my time of the year to spoil myself…I was on a book buying ban. Yikes!
Week 42
Alright guys, I am clearly still working through my Throne of Glass reread prior to Kingdom of Ash coming out. I honestly am not anticipating making it in time…since the book comes out on Tuesday. So this week I will be avoiding so much social media (the kind that I even pay attention to) as I don’t want to see any reviews or spoilers till I get my chance at the book. Please excuse my absence!
Do you guys use magnetic book marks in your bullet journal? I used to use the little ribbon, but I just leave them at the yearly spread page, and use my magnetic bookmark to clip my current week with the monthly spread, that way I can flip back and forth quickly.
*P.s. do you guys know how hard it is to write cursive over the spine of the book? The ‘k’ was such a struggle, and I am so glad that it’s curling in with the page.
