Suffice to say that my month is already starting to pile up. I am not really big on habit trackers or mood trackers. So I stick with just what I really care about. I don’t need to make sure I do things like wake up at 6AM daily or drink extra water.
Pro tip 6: Don’t put more on your spread than you are willing to actually do.
